Refund policy

The terms and conditions of getting a refund for the software purchase

If you have some questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

When the license subscription is canceled, SysDev Laboratories cannot control software downloads and use of registration code by the Customer. For this reason and in order to confirm the legitimacy of ordering cancellation request, it can only be processed in accordance with the conditions described below.

General provisions

The terms and conditions below are an extension and a part of Public Offer End User License Agreement (EULA). By taking any actions upon Software you agree with the terms of EULA, Refund Policy, Upgrade Policy and other related documents.

The customer can anytime download the software from the software website. After the settlement of software license payment, the registration code will be delivered to the Customer.

Refund conditions

The customer is entitled to request full or partial software license fee refund (money-back) during "Refund request term" if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Customer has tested the Trial Version of the software before purchasing the software license;
  • The software fails to process critical operation due to a software error;
  • The failed operation does not fail in Trial Software;
  • Failure of operation is not caused by hardware problems;
  • SysDev Laboratories is unable to supply the replacement software which is able to perform failed operation within 7 days term from the date of the problem report;
  • The request for a refund was posted to a reseller or to SysDev Laboratories within "Refund request term".

Refund request will be rejected if:

  • Customer didn't test the Trial Version of the software to check if the availability of the required function;
  • The operation reported as 'failed' is NOT available in the software according to software specification;
  • The request was sent after the end of Refund request term.
Special offers

We offer the following options instead of software license refund:

  • If you ordered a wrong software edition by mistake, software license can be replaced according to the Software Upgrade Policy;
  • If you have insufficient expertise to complete operations conducted by the software, SysDev Laboratories may provide software support or paid assistance service;
  • Instead of using the software, you can order professional services of the SysDev Laboratories specialists. In this case, an ordered software license will be kept or canceled with its price deduction from the service fee.
Refund request terms

The software license refund can be processed only in case when all Refund Conditions are met.

If "Refund conditions" are met, SysDev Laboratories processes full software license refund within 14 days from the date of the software license purchase according to clause #4 of the article #13 of the Law of Ukraine #1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 (About Consumer Protection).

The refund request may be considered to be processed within 30 days term from the date of software license purchase.
